As Within, So Without: the Alchemy of Good and Evil

On this day we welcome guest minister, Rev. Molly Brewer!

All of us like to imagine that when given a choice between something good and something evil, we’d easily choose good. But the things we consider good and evil are powerful forces in our unconscious mind, and often, the desire to distance ourselves from the evil can also draw us further away from the good. Join us as we talk about how to reconcile these opposites and loosen the unconscious hold of what we deny and repress, without compromising our moral integrity.

Rev. Molly Brewer (fae/faer pronouns) is currently serving remotely as the Youth Ministry Coordinator at the First Unitarian Church of Rochester, NY and as a group facilitator with the UUA’s Leadership Lab. Prior to that, fae served our UU congregation in Auburn, Maine as their ministerial intern. Rev. Molly lives in Portland with faer husband and two cats.
