Not All Who Wander Are Lost

In The Fellowship of the Ring, J.R.R. Tolkien writes:

“All that is gold does not glitter,

Not all those who wander are lost;

The old that is strong does not wither,

Deep roots are not reached by the frost.”

Wandering sometimes gets a bad rap in our society. Some liken it to a lack of direction, focus, or goals. But what if wandering is good for us? Might there be lessons, growth and insight that come from a time of spiritual ambling?  Join Rev. Lara as we explore this idea.
