Rev. Steve Edington joins us this Sunday for a special Easter service titled Rolling Away Our Stone. Rev. Steve writes: I am fascinated by the metaphor, in the traditional Easter Story of the stone placed at the front of the tomb of Jesus that had to be rolled away so his resurrection could take place. Getting beyond any kind of literalism here, let’s look instead at the things—the “stones” if you will—that prevent us from experiencing our own “resurrections in life” that can take us into new and more promising ways of living.
